WE HEAR YOU: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FOR 2024

Customer satisfaction is the measure of success for any business. At Presscut, all of our decisions are made with our customers in mind, and we firmly believe that this is why many of them have been with us for years.

As 2024 comes to an end, and the projects we’ve been working on for an extended period of time have come to fruition, we decided to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. We wanted to provide our customers with a space to express their opinions, as well as suggestions for improving our services. The motivation was twofold: to let them know that we listen and hear them, and to gain a clearer vision of our goals for 2025.

 

The results confirm that our dedication is making a difference

Surveyed customers equally use Presscut’s and Media net’s services, as legal entities, and 67% of them have noticed progress or significant progress throughout this year.

We were especially pleased to learn that as many as 96% of users are satisfied with our services, and that the highest rating of 5 was the most common.

When asked about the aspects of our services that are most important to them, users were almost unanimous:

  • service reliability
  • proactive customer support 24/7 and responsiveness in crisis situations
  • media database and broad source coverage
  • relevance of the reports received (reports filtered of unnecessary information).

We always proudly emphasize that we have been using AI for 15 years already, but we also have a dedicated team of controllers and analysts who check media reports and deliver only relevant publications and information to users. We call this “human coding,” and we’re pleased that users notice the difference it makes in quality of our service.

We’re also happy that users know they can rely on us 24/7 – together, we’ve weathered many crisis situations.

 

User feedback – the foundation for our 2025 plans

Some of the suggestions in the survey mentioned a redesign of the mobile app and the monitoring and analysis of social media.

Our NewtonOne New Generation is a unique platform that we launched this summer, and it already monitors all media in one place, including social media. You can request a presentation or demo here.

As of recently, NewtonOne has a mobile app as well, another of the many innovations we’ve been working on. In the coming year, we will present it to users, and we hope it will make planning and decision-making easier for you.
